250 mL (1 cup) cup maple syrup
250 mL (1 cup) cup 35% M.F. cooking cream

Directions
1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2Without separating dough, cut it into 9 equal slices.
3Place slices in a 20 cm x 20 cm (8 in x 8 in) rectangular baking dish or a 23 cm x 3.5 cm (9 in x 1.5 in) round baking dish, leaving a bit of space between them.
4Combine maple syrup and cream. Pour over dough.
5Bake for about 25 minutes, until pastry is golden brown. Serve immediately with ice cream.
