
Chocolate and toasted marshmallow freakshake

2 jumbo marshmallows
60 mL (¼ cup) cup chocolate cake frosting
3 Oreo cookies
5 mini pretzels
30 mL (2 tbsp.) tbsp. chocolate coulis
375 mL (1 ½ cup) cup vanilla ice cream
250 mL (1 cup) cup milk
5 mL (1 tsp.) tsp. vanilla extract
To taste store-bought whipped cream
15 mL (1 tbsp.) tbsp. chocolate chips
2 chocolate rolled wafers
2 jumbo marshmallows
60 mL (¼ cup) cup chocolate cake frosting

375 mL (1 ½ cup) cup vanilla ice cream
250 mL (1 cup) cup milk
5 mL (1 tsp.) tsp. vanilla extract

15 mL (1 tbsp.) tbsp. chocolate chips
2 chocolate rolled wafers
Directions
1Preheat oven to broil.
2Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place marshmallows. Broil about 30 seconds until marshmallows are golden. Thread marshmallows on a wooden skewer and set aside.
3With a spoon, spread frosting around outside rim of a large glass, forming about a 5 cm (2 in.) chocolate rim at the top.
4Cut 2 Oreo cookies in 4 and alternate sticking cookie pieces and mini pretzels into frosting.
5Pour chocolate coulis around the inside edge of the glass.
6In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, and vanilla extract at high speed. Pour into glass.
7Top generously with whipped cream.
8Sprinkle chocolate chips over whipped cream. Add wafers and marshmallow skewer.
9Let your imagination run wild and top your milkshake with colourful candy, cookie dough, nuts, or even your favourite candy bar.
